Software App World Bb 9800 Os

Last night husband's Torch 9850 suddenly became a brick. I was able to reload the OS, and all seemed to be well until I was going to reinstall the couple of app world items he had.

Open app world and it said it had to be udated to be used. I clicked on the 'upgrade' choice. It goes to a blackberry page which says the software on that page is not available, 'Software not found'. I've tried emailing a link from the BB web site to his phone, same thing, software not available.

I've tried going to the page using the web browser that shows a download choice on my computer. The knowledge articles on the BB web site deal with a missing icon. The icon is there, it's fine, but I can not get the darned BB app world on this phone. I'm not finding anything like this on the forum either. Nitro Pro 7 Serial Key Crack there. What is going on with this? I've even wiped the phone a put a different version of the OS on it, no joy. Still can't get BB app world.

Any help appreciated. The 9850 has add some issues with various pre loaded applications and Appworld may be one.
