Sorry, the question was not about rebuilding a system in one or two steps, it is that you have to pay for the first step. I already bought a mac, but the original system disc is not readable (in fact the DVD player is out of order on my imac), how can I get macOS 10.6.0 for free (I paid for it already) so that I can update it after?
