[UPDATE 4]: The Steamwork version is now released for resident evil 5 and Capcom has released the missing dlc's as a separate bundle. Unfortunately, the splitscreen mod for this file I have uploaded does not work for the steamworks (kind of figured it wouldn't). So for now, there is no mod to enable splitscreen for the steamworks version.
